KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Sushil Pyakurel to the post of expert.

Pyakurel shall give suggestions and feedback to the head-of-state regarding political, social and human rights issues, as stated by Keshav Prasad Ghimire of the Office of the President

Pyakurel is a resident of Kalanki in Kathmandu.
