Triumph of truth, says Arvind Kejriwal after Delhi High Court reinstates 20 AAP MLAs

In a major relief for Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party, the Delhi High Court today set aside the Presidential notification disqualifying 20 MLAs of the party.
This effectively means that the 20 disqualified AAP MLAs have been reinstated. The Delhi High Court said that office of profit has not been defined and asked the Election Commission to re-hear the matter.
As the court read its order, AAP members started celebrations outside the premises. Alka Lamba, one of the 20 MLAs facing disqualification, said, "We will remain MLAs".
AAP chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal called the court's decision a "triumph of truth". "Delhi High Court has delivered justice to the people of Delhi. This is a big victory for people of Delhi," Kejriwal said on his Twitter account.
