Ruth Langsford apologises for staring at This Morning guest's breasts: 'It's hard not to'
RUTH LANGSFORD apologised to This Morning guest Chidera Eggerue during an interview about her campaign Saggy Boobs Matter as she admitted she couldn’t stop looking at her breasts.
Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes were chatting to Chidera about her campaign to help women celebrate their bodies and embrace their breasts.
The 23-year-old told the This Morning presenters that she herself considered having breast surgery when she found her body did not look like the women in clothing campaigns.
She told the ITV stars: “I would go to M&S and get my bra fitted, like you do, and I would get a bra in my size but when I tried it one, my boobs didn’t look like the woman on the packaging.
“That was far too early in my life to start disliking myself.”

Chidera opted for a low-cut lilac top for her appearance on This Morning, which Ruth was quick to comment on.
Apologising for staring at her breasts, Ruth explained: “You do have a very low cut top on.
“It is hard not to look but you don’t mind.”
She added that she felt uncomfortable calling her breasts “saggy” but would do as that is how Chidera refers to them.

“Saggy is just an adjective,” Chidera said.
Ruth went on to ask if anyone had commented on her “saggy boobs”.
“Yeah, in my Instagram comments I have had men saying, ‘Oh, you’re so young, why are your boobs sagging?”
Meanwhile, Eamonn wanted to know how people had responded to her Saggy Boobs Matter campaign.
“I have had an overwhelming, amazing response,” Chidera noted. “Teens have said that the hashtag has stopped them from going to consultations with a plastic surgeons.

“How fierce is this stunningly beautiful lady on @thismorning discussing embracing your “saggy boobs” ! I have real insecurities with my boobs since loosing a lot of weight & actually feel a little better about them after that segment!#ThisMorning,” one viewer wrote.
Another added: “@theslumflower spoke so much sense on #thismorning, what a wonderful young woman #bodyconfidence #inspiration.”
