Five people were arrested during an undercover prostitution operation Thursday in Seaford, said Lt. Glenn Van Fleet, a spokesman with the City of Seaford Police Department.

Four of the five were charged with prostitution related offenses, Van Fleet said.

Nicole Baker, 41, of Seaford was charged with prostitution within 1000 feet of a charge and allegedly loitering to engage or solicit another to engage in sex.  She was committed to the Department of Corrections in lieu of bail, Van Fleet said.

Maritza Cruz, 23, of Bridgeville was also charged with prostitution within 1000 feet of a charge, allegedly loitering to engage or solicit another to engage in sex and drug paraphernalia charges.  She was also committed to the Department of Corrections in lieu of bail, Van Fleet said.

Ralph Savage, 53, of Delmar was charged with allegedly patronizing a prostitute and loitering to engage or solicit another to engage in sex.  He was released on unsecured bail, Van Fleet said. 

Osmin Garcia, 28, of Seaford was charged with allegedly patronizing a prostitute, loitering to engage or solicit another to engage in sex and vehicle offenses.  He was released on unsecured bail, Van Fleet said. 

Holley, Holt, 34, of Seaford was arrested on a family court capias that was out on her from the Kent County Court of Common Pleas.  She was committed to the Department of Corrections, Van Fleet said.
