An 18 year old was sent to the hospital in serious condition Wednesday night after being struck by a vehicle in Newark, authorities said.
The man was hit around 8 p.m. in the 100 block of Polly Drummond Hill Road, where New Castle County Paramedics found him with serious injuries to his legs. An Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder Company ambulance took him to Christiana Hospital.
