Five people, including four members of a family, were killed when their car’s tyre burst and the vehicle dashed against a divider before ramming into a bus on the Hisar-Sirsa National Highway on Wednesday.
The victims were residents of Kath Mandi, Fatehabad and they were taking Om Prakash (62) to Hisar after he suffered a heart attack. Prakash was referred to Hisar by a private hospital in Fatehabad. When they were on their way, the cars tyre burst and the driver lost control of the vehicle.
