Navratri’s fifth day is devoted to Goddess Skandamata. During these nine days, different forms of Maa Durga are worshipped. Goddess Skandamata is very gorgeous and attractive. This form of durga overcomes flaws of devotees if they worship Skandamata dedicatedly.

Chaitra Navratri 2018: Perform These Measures For Money Gain!

Skandamata has an infant form of her in lap. She sits on a lion similar to vehicle and involves four arms, three eyes. In her right lower hand, she holds lotus flower that is raised in the upward direction whereas in the left lower hand, she hold lotus. Her appearance is of a Golden color. It is assumed that her devotees get salvation, prosperity, power, treasures by offering prayers to her.

On the fifth day, devotees worship Skandamata to seek her blessings. She is also popular as Parvati and Uma. She must be offered Alsi during the worship
