Shahid Kapoor to work with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in ‘Wo Kaun Thi’ remake?

After delivering graceful performance in the film Padmaavat, actor Shahid Kapoor is now being considered to play legendary actor Manoj Kumar’s part in 1964 classic ‘Woh Kaun Thi’ remake. And if the reports are believed, Shahid may share screen space with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Yes! you heard it right. If Aishwarya agrees to be a part of the film, then it will be her’s and Shahid’s first movie together.

It is to be noted that Shahid was one of the background dancers in Ash’s film ‘Taal’. He had a blink-and-miss appearance in the song Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jave.

If Aishwarya is signed for the film, she will be reprising the role originally played by Sadhana.

Directed by Raj Khosla, ‘Woh Kaun Thi’ also starred Prem Chopra, KN Singh and Helen, had music composed by the legendary Madan Mohan.

Currently Shahid is shooting for ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ which is helmed by Shree Narayan Singha. The film also feature Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam.
