The Ottawa River has lost a lot of ice as temperatures warm up, but we're still below the normal daytime high temperatures for this time of year. (Philippe Turgeon/CBC)
It will still be chilly for the first full day of spring.
Sunny with cloudy periods are on tap Wednesday, and after a cold start, temperatures will climb to 1 C.
The breeze will act up again, gusting over 20 km/h, so dress appropriately.
The high should get to a more seasonal 5 C by Thursday.
