Yesterday, hundreds of people observed a minute’s silence in Warrington, Cheshire, to mark the anniversary of the terror attack.
Grieving dad Colin Parry addressed the crowd, saying: “It’s crystal clear – a day in my life I will never, ever forget.”
Johnathan and Tim died, and 54 others were injured, when two bombs hidden inside litter bins exploded.
Princess Anne was among those who laid wreaths and observed the silence at 12:27pm, the exact time the bombs went off.

Before the memorial service, Mr Parry penned an open letter to his lost son, which was released yesterday.
A section read: “It is 25 long years since the very last time I gazed upon your smiling face.
“But memories of when you were with us, precious as they are, will always be shrouded in deep sadness.”
