Lok Sabha proceedings begins. Even as the Speaker Sumitra Mahajan rises to greet the House, members raise slogans. She proceeds with Question Hour but both question and answer are barely audible.

As Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu proceeds with Zero Hour, sloganeering begins. Members troop into the Well. As Mr. Naidu's efforts to pursue members to go back to the seats go in vain, he adjourns the House for the day.

Since the beginning of second phase of Budget session, the AIADMK MPs have been raising slogans seeking the Centre to constitute the Cauvery Management Board as per Supreme Court orders. Their protest was one of the reason for adjournements. Today, party MP Navaneethakrishnan will be initiating a debate on drinking water crisis, in the Rajya Sabha.
