RCMP investigate homicide near Highway 6 north of Regina
White Butte RCMP and the Major Crimes Unit South have confirmed a sudden death to be a homicide.
The deceased was reported on a grid road near Highway 6 north of Regina on March 19.
Investigators are still trying to confirm the identity, but have confirmed the victim to be an adult male.
RCMP are asking the public to report any suspicious vehicles or activity that may have been seen in the area from around midnight to 11 a.m. CT on March 19, specifically, in theĀ area east of Highway 6 on Township Road 184 to the Fleet Street intersection.
Additionally, police are requesting anyone who may have travelled that section of road during those same hours to contact them, regardless of whether they believed they witnessed anything or not.
