Winds and waves are high as a Nor'easter approaches the coast.

Delaware State Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating Michael H. Debarr, 27, of Lewes, who is wanted on multiple charges.

According to a release, Delaware State Police responded to an abandoned building in the 20000 block of Dupont Boulevard in Georgetown on March 8. Debarr was hiding in the back of the building, and he was found and taken into custody without incident.

Debarr was transported to Troop 4, where he was later transported to a local area hospital due to a medical issue.

After Debarr's release, troopers say, they have been unable to find him. Warrants for Debarr's arrest have been obtained for third degree burglary, resisting arrest, criminal impersonation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anyone with information on Debarr's whereabouts is asked to contact Troop 4, Detective T. Ralston at 302-752-3823.
