KATHMANDU: Bhesh Raj Adhikari has been appointed the chief personal secretary of President Bidya Devi Bhandari, who was re-elected for the second term in office on March 13.

According to Joint Secretary at the Office of the President, Prahlad Pudasaini, the President today appointed Adhikari — a resident of Kamal Rural Municipality in Jhapa — to the post.
