India summons Pakistan Deputy HC over ceasefire violations, lodges strong protest

Five members of a family were killed and two others critically injured on Sunday in shelling on the Line of Control (LoC) in and Kashmir's district, police said.

According to the police, the Army resorted to indiscriminate shelling and firing on the civilian areas and a shell hit the house of a civilian identified as Muhammad Ramzan Chowdhary, killing him, his wife and three sons. His two daughters were critically injured."
