Real ‘agree’ deal to sign Lewandowski

Robert Lewandowski is set to leave Bayern Munich this summer after it was reported that Real Madrid have reached an agreement “in principle” to sign the Polish striker.

Reports in Spain claim that Lewandowski has agreed terms on a two-year deal at Real, who want to link him up with Neymar, another potential big-money signing.

Lewandowski, who’s scored 32 goals this season for Bayern in the Bundesliga, has also been linked with Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain. (Daily Mail via Mundo Deportivo

Emre Can: Liverpool to Juventus

Liverpool’s out-of-contract midfielder Emre Can is Juventus’s priority this summer according to the Italian club’s general manager Giuseppe Marotta. Can is available on a free transfer at the end of the season and Juve are favourites to sign the Germany star. Marotta said: “We’re ready to take any opportunities. I won’t deny we are concentrated on Emre Can and awaiting his response. That is our primary objective.” (Daily Mail)

Manchester United are in “pole position” to sign Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred. The Brazilian has also been linked with Manchester City, but it appears that United are now favourites for the £40m ace. (Daily Star)

Shaw set to leave Manchester United

Left-back Luke Shaw is expected to leave Man United this summer after being “humiliated” by boss Jose Mourinho in the 2-0 FA Cup win against Brighton on Saturday. Shaw was substituted at half-time after Mourinho accused him of failing to follow “simple tactical instructions”. Southampton are keen to re-sign their former defender, while Tottenham and Leicester could also be interested in the 22-year-old who’s valued at £50m. (Daily Star
