Engineering and construction major BGR Energy Systems today said it has secured a Rs 87.68 crore order from Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation (TANTRANSCO) Ltd to set up a sub-station in the state.
"... secured a new order from TANTRANSCO for design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning of 230-110 KV AIS Substation..," the city-based company said in a BSE filing.
The substation would be set up at Tirupattur in Tamil Nadu to a route length of 75kms under turnkey contract.
The total contract value is Rs 87.68 crore inclusive of Goods and Service Tax, it said.
The period of completion of the project is 15 months.
Shares of the company ended at Rs 102.45 a piece, downby 4.56 per cent over previous close in BSE.
