In an appreciated initiative in human resources, the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa inaugurated an upgraded cafeteria for its staff recently. The cheery cafeteria for associates was launched on March 8 by Gurmeet Singh, senior area director, human resource, South Asia and Ajit Gude, advisor, VM Salgaocar Corporation.
Following the Marriott Take Care initiative that believes in “If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the customers, and the customers will come back,” the launch is the next step in supporting the welling of all associates. The new cafeteria named as Soul Curry, has a quirky design and modern décor, inspired by music and art, with the aim of connecting all communities beyond one brand. “Goa Marriott has set a benchmark of the associate dining experience. Awesome associates truly deserve an awesome ambience and an awesome associate dining”, said Singh.
