When is the Stormy Daniels '60 Minutes' Interview Air Date?
For those who are eagerly awaiting the 60 Minutes Stormy Daniels interview, you'll just have to wait a bit longer. The highly anticipated segment isn't scheduled to air until next Sunday, March 25.
CBS has kept things quiet about the airing of the 60 Minutes sit-down featuring Daniels and Anderson Cooper, during which she reportedly alleges she had an affair with President Donald Trump in 2006-07. But reports from the New York Times and CNN both have stated March 25 is the planned air date. Some folks have grown frustrated with how long it has taken to air the interview, but 60 Minutes routinely takes a while for edits and is reportedly vetting the claims made by Daniels.
"They want to make sure they get it right. They're crossing every t, they're dotting every i, they understand the importance of this," Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti told CNN.

In the interview Daniels—an adult-film actress whose real name is Stephanie Clifford—apparently makes allegations about an affair with Trump but little more is known about the content of the talk. But apparently the interview will cover more ground than just what allegedly happened in 2006.
"Is there anything in the litany of accusations—you would call them facts—that surround this case that happened while Donald Trump was president?" CNN's Jake Tapper asked Avenatti on air.
"Yes," he replied, while declining to elaborate.
There have a number of lawsuits and threats with accompanying Daniels speaking out despite a $130,000 hush agreement signed by the actress, which she has argued should be void since Trump didn't sign it. Trump's lawyers have argued she could be sued for up to $20 million. There have been questions about if the 60 Minutes interview will even air.
Avenatti even went as far as to claim Daniels had been physically threatened for speaking out. "She's going to be able to provide very specific details about what happened here," he said.
