Three motorcyclists were hospitalized late Saturday following a high-speed collision along West International Speedway Boulevard near the Volusia Mall, Daytona Beach police said.
The crash occurred around 10 p.m. Two of the motorcyclists were exiting the Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen restaurant onto the busy road when a third motorcyclist heading west at a "high rate of speed" slammed into them, Daytona Beach police spokeswoman Lyda Longa said.
All three of them were listed as trauma alerts, according to police. The names of the motorcyclists were not available Saturday night.
