St. Patrick’s Day festivities in Waterloo sees ‘significant’ increase in attendance, some charges laid: police

Waterloo Police said that they’ve seen a “significant” increase in the number of people attending St. Patrick’s Day festivities in Waterloo, and several Liquor Licence Act charges have been laid as of Saturday afternoon.
