Cancer awareness workshop will be organized at Sant Hirdaram Auditorium on Friday from 2.30 pm to 4 pm. Renowned oncologist of Mumbai Dr Sanjay Sharma will apprise about the remedies to protect people from this terrible disease.
Dr Sharma has got specialization in surgery of Breast Cancer. Therefore the presence of adolescent girls and woman is anticipated in the workshop. He has earned name and fame in the field of treatment of cancer since last 39 years. Dr Sharma had been chair- person of Indian oncology society. Senior medical Oncologist of Asian cancer institute Mumbai Dr Dinesh Pendharkar will also be present in the workshop.
This workshop is jointly organized by Sewa Sadan eye hospital and Jeev Sewa Sansthan. Veteran social activist Nagendra singh has taken keen initiatives to organize this workshop. He has been an important helping hand for the cancer patients. Nagendra Singh has detailed knowledge of cancer institutions and Oncologists of the country. Chair person of Bhartiya Yuva Drushti organisation Rishi Kumar Tiwari and Secretary Enosh George Carlo have also co operated in the Endeavour.
Managing trustee of the SSEH LC Janiyani has said that the people can save themselves from this disease by timely treatment, changing dietary habits and life style. Janiyani has appealed the common men, adolescent girls and woman to participate in the workshop to get the information about this dreaded disease and the methods of cure.
