Palak Paneer Recipe

Ingredients :-

Spinach – 4 cups chopped
Paneer – 200 gms
Oil – 3 spoons
Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon

Summer Special: Refreshing Pudina Raita!

Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup finely chopped
Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Kasuri Fenugreek – 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala – 1 Tablespoon
salt to taste
Cream – 2 teaspoons

Onion – 1 cup
Cashew – 1/2 Cup
Green Chili – 5

Method :-

First of all, add finely chopped onions, cashews, green chillies and 1 cup water in the pan and cook for 15 minutes. When the onion gets soft and the water gets dry, keep it aside till it gets cool.

Now wash the spinach and put it in water and boil it for a while. Wash the spinach with cold water after boiling.

Then blend the onion and other ingredients well in the mixer and separate them. Also grind the spinach in a grinder.

Now heat oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste in it. Then, add chopped tomatoes and onion paste in it and cook for 2 minutes. Then add spinach paste in it. Let it boil for a while.

Summer Special: Refreshing Falooda!

After that add black salt, kasoori fenugreek, hot masala and salt to it.

In the last, add pieces of paneer and mix it well. Palak Paneer is ready. Serve it hot with chapati.
