Guayaquil to arrange WTA Latin America Ceremony 2018

indexWorld Travel Awards or WTA has revealed that Guayaquil, the port city in Ecuador will organize its Latin America Ceremony on 15th September, 2018.

 
It will be WTA’s first visit to Guayaquil, the entryway to the unbelievable Galapagos Islands and the beating commercial heart of Ecuador.

 
The red-carpet ceremony will be a part of the WTA Grand Tour 2018, a search for one of the premium travel and tourism organizations in the world. Also, the Grand Tour 2018 marks WTA’s 25th anniversary of giving tribute to the excellence in the international hospitality industry.

 
A fast-growing tourism hotspot, Guayaquil is truly known for its gleaming riverside development, the Malecón 2000, including gardens, shopping centers, eateries and restaurants, a landmark museum, the first iMAX theatre in South America, and numerous finest monuments in the city.

 
The historic Palacio de Cristal will offer a dramatic backdrop to WTA’s Latin America Ceremony. Designed and made by engineers on behalf of Gustave Eiffel (designer of the Eiffel Tower, Paris), in 1908, the palace was inaugurated and ever since went through widespread renovation as part of Guayaquil’s Urban Regeneration project. In 2002, it was reopened as an exhibition and culture centre, organizing artworks by great names like Rembrandt, Picasso and Rendón Seminario.
