Jury Acquits Tulsa Massage Therapist Of Rape

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A Tulsa County jury acquitted a man who had been charged with 2nd-degree rape by instrumentation.

Jack Smith was charged in March of 2016 for an incident that happened at a spa near 101st Street South & Memorial

On Friday, March 16, 2018 a jury found Smith not guilty.

The trial lasted most of the week and concluded this afternoon.
