Nova Scotia tourism is happy to declare the launch of an important consumer competition in joint venture with Canadian Affair, the multi award-winning and leading Canada travel expert.
On Heart Radio in London, the one week campaign will be aired and all through Scotland for one lucky couple to grab a holiday of a life time.
Programmed to start on March 19th, Heart listeners will be boosted to answer a question about Nova Scotia, with an opportunity to win a seven night trip to the Canadian province with direct flights from London or Glasgow, car hire and special accommodation all the way through. Side by side, the winners will also benefit from a packed itinerary that will start in Halifax, the bustling provincial capital city of Nova Scotia before taking them up to Cape Breton, home of the popular Cabot Trail, positioned world’s number one scenic drives, and rich in spectacular wildlife and fascinating colonial history.
The competition that will be like a destination awareness drive is the newest effort from Tourism Nova Scotia as part of its continuing dedication to the U.K. market.
To quote Emma Cashmore, Account Director, U.K. Tourism Nova Scotia, “It’s an exciting time for the province and we are delighted to be working with Canadian Affair. The Heart campaign offers us a fun and engaging way of interacting with the holidaying public, providing huge exposure for the destination. Nova Scotia is home to an exceptional choice of cultural, outdoor and gastronomic experiences that appeal to a wide demographic of traveller and we are thrilled to be bringing a flavour of that to the British airwaves.”
Largest overseas source market of Nova Scotia, the U.K., profits from direct flight connectivity in just six hours between London Heathrow and Halifax, and Glasgow and Halifax.
