Violent Okanagan criminal sent to prison indefinitely; victims elated

A notorious Okanagan criminal with numerous offenses over 35 years may never claim another victim. That’s because Ronald Arthur Teneycke could spend the rest of his life behind bars. A judge has ruled Teneycke is a dangerous offender and has sent him to prison with no pre-determined release date.
