Turmeric prices rose by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale kirana market today on emergence of stockists buying.
Marketmen said fresh buying by stockists against restricted supplies from growing regions mainly pushed up turmeric prices.
In the national capital,turmeric moved up by Rs 100 to Rs 7,800-10,900 per quintal.
