The Special CBI Court in Ranchi will today pronounce its order on the application moved by counsel of RJD Chief Lalu Prasad in a fodder scam case.
The application was moved to include former Accountant General of Bihar and two others as accused in the case involving illegal withdrawal of three crore 76 lakh rupees from Dumka treasury.
There are altogether 31 accused who faced trial, though CBI had filed charge sheet against 48 persons. Of them, six are politician, four ex-IAS officers, one ex-IRS officer, 10 Officers of Animal Husbandry and Treasury department and 10 Suppliers.
After hearing both sides, the Judge said that he hearing was completed on 5th March in this case.
