Geauga Master Gardeners hosting program on water features

Geauga Master Gardeners offer tips and techniques to create a small pond, fountain or bog garden in “Building & Maintaining a Water Feature,” from 10 a.m. to noon, March 24.

Master Gardener Volunteer Mike Blakeman will give step-by-step instructions covering site selection, materials, equipment, tools, maintenance, plants and ways to personalize a water feature with color, beauty and tranquility to enhance the home landscape. The class will be held at the Geauga County OSU Extension Office’s Patterson Center, 14269 Claridon-Troy Road in Burton.

Cost is $15. To register, call 440-834-4656.
