PITTSBURGH, March 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- "Everyone I know has tons of music CDs," said an inventor from Lincolnton, N.C. "CDs are dying out, and my invention offers a way to still use them. Plus, you can continue to listen to all of those songs you have already paid for and will not have to buy them again digitally."

He developed the CD PLAYLIST STORAGE APP & UNIT to rip and store music from CDs. It also stores all of the ancillary information from the CD, such as the album artwork, track listings, etc. The system makes it easy to create playlists from stored music. The design eliminates the need to carry around CDs. It also saves the user from having to purchase music already owned in CD format. Additionally, the invention is easy to use.

The original design was submitted to the Charlotte office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers. For more information, write Dept. 16-CNC-186, InventHelp, 217 Ninth Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, or call (412) 288-1300 ext. 1368.
