Documents seized from Vikram Investment’s Chennai office

A team of police officials investigating the alleged financial fraud by Vikram Investments has taken possession of some documents from the firm’s Chennai office.

The firm has been under the scanner for allegedly duping hundreds of people.

According to a senior official, on Friday, the police team visited the Chennai office.

Four of the accused — former sports journalist Sutram Srinivas, Narasimha Murthy, Prahlada and K.C. Nagaraj who were insurance agents and wealth managers at Vikram Investments — have been remanded in judicial custody while the main accused Raghavendra Srinath remains in police custody.
