Waterloo Regional Police Service have identified the man who was killed in a collision near St. Clements, Ont.,Tuesday morning.
24-year-old Lawrence Horst Brubacher, from Wallenstein, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Just before 8 a.m. Tuesday emergency services responded to a collision on Boomer Line between Herrgott and Moser Young roads.
Police said Brubacher was standing on top of a flatbed trailer, which was parked on Boomer Line, loading a piece of construction equipment when an eastbound car hit the trailer's ramp.
The car became airborne, and fatally struck Brubacher before vaulting overtop of the pickup truck and crashing into a ditch more than 10 meters away, snapping a hydro pole in half.

The driver of the car was not injured.
The Ministry of Labour attended the scene Tuesday, as Brubacher was working for a business when he was killed.
The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending, said police.
