Aloysius, Palisena re-remanded

Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) owner Arjun Aloysius and its CEO Kasun Palisena, who were arrested by the CID over the Central Bank bond scam, were further remanded till March 29 by the Fort Magistrate Court this morning. (SCS)

Keep them in remand custody till Arjun Aloysius's, Father-in-law surrenders to Court.This would put pressure on Arjuna Mahendran, to return. Surely being a person who held such a responsible post in this "Yahapalanaya" government, with the powers that be still in power, WHY?, we may ask is AM, absconding.If he has not committed a crime why should he keep away.OR, is there more than the eye could see, from the point of us laymen.Is he absconding or is he being asked to stay away, by someone else and that is anybody's guess as to who that would be.

Although Arjun Mahendran was in the state sector i.e. Central Bank, at the time of this fraud took place, Arjun Mahendran would have just completed about 3 weeks in the Central Bank. Arjun Aloysius and Kasun Palisena were in the private sector. How could only these 3 fellows rob billion of rupees from the EPF, Government controlled banks and other government institutions without the support of their high officials? Are all these government officials Saints? It is a fact that this bank robbery has been on-going for a number of years in the past, and government officials are the main culprits. Some thing wrong, somewhere!
