PITTSBURGH, March 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from San Francisco, Calif., has developed the SLEEP REST, a modified vehicle headrest that provides a sleeping passenger or a parked driver a more comfortable and relaxing place to rest their head.

"I enjoy sleeping when I'm a passenger in a vehicle. I developed my invention to provide myself and others with a more comfortable and relaxing sleeping experience while traveling in a vehicle," said the inventor.

The SLEEP REST provides very soft comfort and support for a person's head. It helps prevent neck cramps, back strains and flopping of the head back and forth while sleeping. This will, in turn, provide a passenger with a more comfortable means of resting on both long and short trips. This improved headrest will reduce stress and tension and thus allow a car ride to be more enjoyable and relaxing for the passenger.

The original design was submitted to the San Francisco office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
