Russia's Lavrov says motive behind spy poisoning in UK may be to complicate World Cup -Ifax

MOSCOW (Reuters) - A motive behind the poisoning of a former double agent in England may have been to complicate Russia’s hosting of this summer’s soccer World Cup, Interfax quoted Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov as saying on Thursday.
