PANAJI: The Hindu Janjagruti Samiti (HJS) has demanded that the Goa government withdraw the ban imposed on the entry of Sri Ram Sene chief Pramod Muthalik into the state in view of his acquittal in the Mangaluru pub attack case.

An HJS delegation called on additional collector, North Goa, Vikas Gaunekar and submitted a representation pressing for their demand. The delegation told Gaunekar that the Goa government has failed to curb immoral activities, including drug and human trafficking in the state, and hence entry to Muthalik is necessary to restore order. tnn
