Mrs. Wladyslawa Irene Bai, age 89, of Fort Payne, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Collinsville Nursing Home. She was born June 27, 1928 in Lwow, Poland. She was a survivor of the 2nd World War.
She is survived by her son, John S. Beretowski, Sr.; three grandchildren, Michelle Irene Beretowski, Jan Marie Volpi, and John M. Beretowski, Jr.; and great-grandson, Luca Joseph Volpi.
Our family is very thankful to the staff at Collinsville Nursing Home, and Southern Care Hospice, for all their compassionate care for Mrs. Bai throughout the years.
