Gahanna police said they arrested a Gahanna man for OVI and criminal damaging on March 1 after responding to a report of someone driving into Academy Park, 1201 Cherry Bottom Road, around 3 a.m. and "doing doughnuts" in the field.

The vehicle was owned by a Westerville woman, according to reports.

* A business in the 100 block of West Johnstown Road reported a male suspect took two bottles of soda and a bag of chips around 2:15 p.m. March 1. Police collected video evidence, reports stated.

* A motorist reported another driver for speeding at 9:44 p.m. March 1 in the area of Interstate 270 and West Johnstown Road.

According to reports, the other driver cut off the complainant, exiting at West Johnstown Road.

* A Gahanna woman visited police headquarters around 3:30 p.m. March 2 to report a wallet was stolen at a business in the 300 block of South Hamilton Road on March 1.

* A resident in the 300 block of Forestwood Drive reported an incident of vandalism at 9:43 a.m. March 3, stating the house had been toilet papered.

* A female was reported as a suspicious person at 4 p.m. March 3 in the area of Interstate 270 northbound and South Hamilton Road. Police made contact with the female who said her vehicle suffered a flat tire several weeks ago due to a pothole. She stopped to photograph the pothole, according to reports.

* A man in the 100 block of Regents Road reported at 5:16 p.m. March 3 that a temporary tag was stolen from a vehicle. The man said he last saw the tag on the morning of March 2, reports stated.

* A woman in the 200 block of Highmeadow Drive visited police headquarters at 2:55 p.m. March 5 to report prescription medication was stolen between March 1 and March 2.

* A woman called police regarding a suspicious vehicle at 5:55 p.m. March 5 in the 700 block of Ridenour Road. The caller said a minivan "full of trash" slowed by her as she was walking and the two male occupants stared at her, according to reports. The vehicle was last seen heading toward Stygler Road.

* A woman in the 100 block of Clark Street reported at 11:03 a.m. March 6 that someone was doing something to her door the previous night. She said there was damage to the storm window in the door and her dog had barked, reports stated.
