Barcelona ace Sergio Busquets issues Lionel Messi warning to Chelsea and Manchester City
SERGIO BUSQUETS has told Premier League giants to forget about ever trying to sign Lionel Messi.
The defensive midfielder said Messi, who has just become a dad for the third time, loves life in Barcelona on and off the pitch.
Manchester City and Chelsea have been linked with crazy-money moves for the Argentine superstar. Messi is enjoying another spectacular season with 32 goals and 16 assists in 41 appearances.
Barcelona are on still on course for a treble with the Catalan club eight points clear at the top of La Liga, in the Copa del Rey final against Sevilla on April 21 and hold the away goals advantage against Chelsea on the eve of their Champions League last-16, second leg clash at the Nou Camp.
Busquets said: “He is totally at home here, having all the factors there are – a great changing room, winning titles, a great project, winning collective and individual awards.
“He is in a great city and in the end all these positive things are difficult to find elsewhere.

Messi is totally at home here
“The Premier League is a spectacular league that we would maybe like to play in, but if you have to take the positives and the negatives into account.
“When you do that it is very difficult to think about leaving Barcelona because you have everything here to make you feel good.
"If you have been here for a long time and it feels so much like home, it is hard to leave.”
Busquets also warned Chelsea that Messi would be buzzing on Wednesday night after becoming a dad again, having missed the win at Malaga on Sunday to be at the birth.

“He will be fine, in fact he will be more motivated and relaxed than what we are used to and physically he is going to be great, after having an extra game’s rest.
“So I hope that this is perfect.”
