PITTSBURGH, March 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Inventors from Jurupa Valley, Calif., have developed the ELECTRIC RENEWAL LICENSE INDICATOR, a compact device for signaling whether a license plate registration is valid or not on a motor vehicle.

"We had a friend who didn't receive their renewal of state tags in time and was fined by the police. With an invention like ours, that could have been prevented," said the inventor.

The ELECTRIC RENEWAL LICENSE INDICATOR provides the police with a quick and effective means of pinpointing violators of state law. It allows law enforcement to simply glance at a license plate to determine if it was current. In addition, it provides a more attractive and modernized means of displaying a state tag for motorists.

The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
