Court grants bail to advocate in election symbol case

A court on Wednesday granted to a Chennai-based B. Kumar, one of the accused in a bribery case related to poll symbol allocation.

The court has listed the matter for further hearing on April 4.

Dinakaran, accused of trying to bribe officials to get the "two leaves" poll symbol for an AIADMK faction led by his aunt V.K. Sasikala, was arrested on April 25. He was granted on June 1.
