Industrialist T.G. Bharath on Tuesday released posters of a Telugu feature film Anukoni O Katha, a thriller, romance and horror film, produced and directed by Janardhan under the banner of AMJ films, scheduled for release on March 16 in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Lauding the director for shooting the film in the historic Konda Reddy fort and the pictureque and rocky locations at Tadpatri in Anantapur district, Mr. Bharath offered to permit release of the film in Bharath theatre owned by him without rent for a week, if there are no prior bookings. Calling upon the Tollywood industry to come forward to construct a film studio in Kurnool where abundant government land was available, Mr. Bharath assured at a media conference here, to secure the necessary sanctions from the government and officials concerned.
The film producer and director Janardhan, hailing from Kurnool city, said the low-budget film was produced with new actors.
Anukoni O Katha is his third film, after two Kannada films Nagabharana and Kasayi Dayyam, which were dubbed into four languages.
