Police have identified the body found Tuesday in Silver Lake in Dover as Stefphone Powell.

The 31-year-old was reported missing Feb. 18 to Dover police, Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.

"The cause of death at this time is unknown and pending toxicology results by the Office of the Medical Examiner," Hoffman said.

There are no signs of foul play at this time, police said.

Police were called to Silver Lake on a report of a body found at 1:10 p.m. at the rear of Lakeview Drive.

This is the second body found by police in Silver Lake. Anthony McDonald, 39, of Dover, was found in November.

In a separate case, an 89-year-old man was found dead in Nanticoke River, near Seaford, on Sunday.

The Dover investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information can contact police at (302) 736-7130. Tips can also be submitted to Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333 or at www.tipsubmit.com.
