There are enough visual elements in Payswiff that keeps the interiors busy

Their Hyderabad-office interiors cater to the holistic well-being of its team

For a company delving into e-wallets, virtual payments and POS machines, it’s expected that its interiors too reflect a futuristic quality and transparency. Payswiff is an Indian startup that has stamped its presence across international territories, and its office in Gachibowli has enough to remind one of its roots and global outlook. The space is employee-driven, with a wide range of facilities that not only enhance Payswiff’s visual appeal but also ensure their team’s mental and physical well-being.

The glass doors that lead to various cabins bear a spectrum of colours in various shapes. The interiors score high on vibrant hues of yellow, orange, blue and green. Strategically placed low height furniture allow one to lounge around in what is perhaps an ode to the city’s erstwhile laidback nature. A wall amid a series of meeting and conference rooms is a democratic statement, where team members could feel free to write whatever their heart feels; it’s mostly quotes/phrases that make a difference to the way they work. The wall art reflects the world map and also the iconic spots of Hyderabad and India.

The three-floor space has an open work space plan but it still makes sure their finance, development, sales teams don’t lose out on confidentiality. There’s abundant greenery in the office all with planters dotting the space. The focus is to build a space that ensures ample reflection of light.

Payswiff
  • Area: 34,000 square feet
  • Employee strength: 250
  • USP: Employee-driven interiors

Payswiff isn’t short of funkiness, the walls bear quotes that remind one of the larger purpose of work. A mini amphitheatre breaks the monotony, an employee can also use a slider to reach it. There are bunker rooms too, a bunch of cycles announce the sports area comprising snooker and table-tennis spots. The cafeteria’s near that serves organic food. Given that Payswiff is on expansion mode, more provision is attached for compact conference rooms.

“The main idea here is to make them forget the fact that they’re working and feel comfortable. They spend more time at work than office, it’s important that the ambience works in every way possible. We have a tendency to over-work at times, an employee may need a power nap to enhance his/her productivity. Open offices are the way forward,” informs Anil Bharadwaj, Payswiff’s CCO. What’s also a key factor across the space is adaptability for time-bound changes and interests.
