They Feel Better in the Morning
chemoWave users are
almost 2x more likely to feel “best” in the morning: 57% vs. 29% who
feel better in the afternoon, evening or late night.

Drinking More Water Makes a Difference
chemoWave users say
the most common non-medicine related strategy for fighting nausea is
to drink more water. 58% said they tried ‘more water intake’ to
relieve nausea.

They Have Anxiety During Treatment
66% of chemoWave users
experienced anxiety while going through chemotherapy.

Fear and Sometimes Hopelessness Occurs
57% of chemoWave
usersexperienced fear, while 26% admits to complete
hopelessness.

They Don’t Talk to Counselors
66% of chemoWave users said
they haven’t talked with a counselor during chemotherapy treatments.

Most are determined to be physically active throughout their
treatment
80% of chemoWave users claim to be determined to be
as physically active as possible while going through chemo – 45% =
“very” and 35% = “somewhat.”

Thirty Minutes of Physical Activity Helps with Stress
80%
of chemoWave users who report at least 30 minutes of physical activity
per day claim they’re coping with everyday stress at least “somewhat
well”, while only 61% who report less than 30 minutes each day make
the same claim.

Feeling “Too Tired” is the #1 Challenge to Being Active
70%
of chemoWave users say ‘feeling too tired’ is their biggest barrier to
being more physically active, followed by 37% who say it’s about “not
feeling motivated.”

They Take Their Medications as Directed
96% of chemoWave
users think they’ve followed their treatment plan and medication
protocols “very well” or “somewhat well” (70% and 26%, respectively).

They Feel “In Control”
Despite their circumstances, 60% of
chemoWave users feels that they have “a great deal of control” (22%)
or “a good amount of control” (38%) over their future health. Just
over one-third thinks they have “very little control” (36%), and a
mere 4% thinks they don’t have any control.

than 70 different types of cancers. chemoWave was launched a month after
results of a seven year clinical trial were presented at the 2017 annual
meeting for the American Society of Clinical Oncologists (ASCO) that
proved patient reported symptom tracking and monitoring saves and
extends cancer patients’ lives. Since then, chemoWave has launched a
