Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Sungh Rawat today announced that family members of personnel of armed and paramilitary forces, who lost their lives on duty, would be given jobs by the state government. The state government was committed to the welfare of soldiers and their family members, Rawat said at a gathering on the occasion of the foundation day of the Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association here. He said dependents of personnel of armed and paramilitary forces, who lost their lives on duty, would be given jobs by his government according to their qualification and eligibility. He said 670 Nyay Panchayats in Uttarakhand would be developed as growth centres, where dedicated people would be required and ex-servicemen could play an important role there.
