Five-day cultural extravaganza saw renowned artists perform on stage

The cultural fest of SRM University, Milan ’18, attracted 70,000 students from 800 colleges over five days.

According to a press release, the valedictory function was presided over by actor Yashika Aannand. Cash prizes worth ₹20 lakh were distributed to the winners of various events. The cultural festival had a number of performances by renowned artists. Amit Trivedi performed with his band. Stand-up comedians Rahul Subramanian and Sorabh Pant enthralled the audience on the final day.

Events such as ‘Battle of the Bands’ and ‘Choreonite’ were attended by all the major college and professional teams. The fest also had events to raise awareness of the environment.
