Bihar: Around 12 pc voting till 10 am in bypolls for 1 LS and 2 Assembly seats

About 12 per cent electorate cast their votes till 10 am in the bypolls for one and two Assembly seats in today, where the ruling JD(U)-BJP combine and the opposition RJD-alliance are locked in a battle. The bye-elections are being held for Araria seat and, constituencies. According to election commission sources, the polling is so far peaceful.
