Jharkhand Vikash Morcha is the only party that has been working hard to raise “public issues” since long while other parties are there for power, said Babulal Marandi, the ex-Chief Minister of Jharkhand and the chief of JVM.
“BJP wants ‘Congress-free’ India while other political parties are engaged in stopping BJP to come to power in next Lok Sabha election. No one is concerned over public issues,” he added. Marandi was addressing the inaugural session of the party’s Central Committee meeting organised for two days at Hotel Classic in Bokaro.
In the meet, Marandi directed his party workers to begin preparations for the 2019 Parliamentary and State Assembly elections and asked them for the door-to-door campaign.
“Ahead of the poll it is essential to strengthen the party’s organisational framework at ground level,” added Marandi.
Aim to ruin the existence of the ruling party JVM has decided to fight the municipal election independently or in coalition with other party or parties, said Marandi. “We are move and attempts are being made to completely destroy the presence of BJP here starting it with contesting the municipal election,” he added.
Marandi promised for upliftment and inclusive growth of ‘the tribals’ if his party comes ‘in power’ in forthcoming assembly election. “We are open for a grand alliance against the ruling party for the forthcoming parliamentary and state assembly elections,” Marandi added.
